The two main healer professions are monk and ritualist. A necro/ritualist can also be a very effective healer because of the necro ability to gain energy rapidly.

It is hard to play healer when leading a team of heroes and henchmen because you need to be watching their movements, selecting targets, etc. However, you can use aggressive builds in those cases (smiting for monks, channeling for ritualists, death or curses for necro/rits) and leave the healing up to the heroes. In parties with humans, good healers always have a place.

From what I understand about paladins, monk is nothing like them. Monks, rits, and necros are caster professions and have light armor. You don't want to give any of them a melee weapon and let them go charging into battle. Casters are not front-line professions.

1. Is for healer hard to play solo?

It gets a little troubling at times if you focus on healing with just heroes/henchies, since they can get pretty stupid without someone showing them what to attack. But it's very, very, possible.

2. I guess healer is welcome in every party?

Pretty much.

3. Can u recommend me good pure healer?'

http://www.gwpvx.com/Special:PrefixIndex/Build:Mo/
has a few samples.

4. Is Monk healer similar as paladin healer?

Never played WoW, but a brief scan of the WoWiki, and it looks closer to a Priest.

Yes, you can do that to speed up installation. You'll want to copy Gw.exe and Gw.dat after you have run the -image command. Also copy your templates folder if you want to transfer your builds.

1. By 'solo' I assume you mean "with Heroes and/or henchmen". It is a bit more difficult to play healer with a team of just H&H, because they take their cues on who to attack, and when, from you. It's best to play a regular damage dealer while doing h&h, and switch to healer when playing with humans. I know that makes it hard to practice healing, but it works out better that way.
It's easy to switch builds, btw. You can, of course, easily switch you skill set and attribute points by using Templates. The only other thing you would need would be an extra headpiece or two with the appropriate mod and Rune - for example, one headpiece with Healing Prayers, and one with Smiting Prayers, for a monk.

2. Healers are almost always welcome, even though heroes or henchmen often work just as well.

3. A good pure healer is the Monk. With regard to #1, above, you can play as a Smiting monk when doing H&H, and switch to heal and/or protection when desired.
If I recall, a Paladin is more of a DPS plus heal, than a Monk is.
